A Reiki treatment is a balancing and relaxing experience. It’s a great tool for creating more calm within and balancing our energy.
I offer in-person Reiki treatments in my home in Milton Keynes.
At the start of our session, I will complete an initial health check-in. During the treatment, you simply lay (fully clothed), close your eyes and relax. I will use my hands with or without contact for the treatment. A whole session lasts for 60 minutes.
Before a Reiki treatment, it is recommended you avoid alcohol in the preceding 24 hours.
