Yoga is the journey to self. It’s the ultimate mind-body-soul practice.
Yoga 1:1 sessions are an opportunity to learn more about this ancient practice, to practise a pose or poses you’ve been struggling with and to practise the non-asana (non-poses) aspects of yoga, such as breathwork and meditation.
